Cocktails: Burbon on the Rocks
I had a lot of fun painting the ice cubes in this drink. I added the straw to connect the top edge of the painting to the subject. The brightest spot was the dash of transparent yellow paint in the glass without any additional layers on top. This 8" x 8" x 1.5" original acrylic on canvas catches the eye with all the ice and glass reflections. Price: $150.00 US or Can.

Rich red and brown in the cast shadows and background make this painting a warm, inviting focal point. In this painting I chose a few of my household items for a grouping: crystal vase, candlestick and clock. What inspired me to paint this grouping was the random shadow pattern the flowers made on the tablecloth. This painting is 30" x 40" x 1.5" deep and is painted around the edges. Price: $1785.
