Miss Daisy

Miss Daisy is the companion piece to Dr. Seuss.  Painted in acrylic on a 10" x 10" art board or masonite, this dog's eyes glow.  The colours in the shadows makes the fur come alive and dance in the light.  Sold.

Dr. Seuss

This wonderful, attentive companion is named Dr. Seuss.  If you zoom in to this painting you will see the owner reflected in the dog's eyes.  This is one of two that my client commissioned.  The pieces are 10" x 10" on art board.  Sold.

Maggie Schnauzer

This second schnauzer painting was commissioned by the pet owner after she received the Roxy painting for Christmas.  The two paintings will be exhibited together so they needed to be different enough to reflect the temperament of each dog but also cohesive enough to look like a pair.  The background on Maggie suggests her diva personality while the background on Roxy reflects the dog's boundless energy.  This painting is 8" x 8" x 1.5" acrylic on canvas and was sold to Maggie's owner.

Salt on the glass, wedge of lime on the rim, light on the table - cheers!  Painting size:  8 x 8 x 1.5 painted around the sides just like the rest of the cocktail series.  Price:  $150 USD or Can.

Cosmo

One more cocktail, this time in rosy reds.  The lemon peel was the most fun to paint and look as real as it does.  I like the similar colours inside and outside the glass in this painting.  As with the rest of the series, this painting is 8" x 8" x 1.5" painted in acrylic.  Price:  $150.00USD.

Chrystal Cat

This little kitty named Chrystal with the gorgeous eyes was the lifelong companion of a friend of mine.  Due to the cat's passing I surprised her with this painting for Christmas.  If you have a pet portrait you would like painted, please contact me.  The painting size was 8" x 8" x 1.5".

Chrystal wore a collar shown here painted on the bottom side of the canvas.

Roxy the Schnauzer

You can just feel the energy of this dog.  This was a commission for a Christmas present for a friend to give away.  It looks like I might be doing pet portraits.  This was painted on an 8" x 8" x 1.5" canvas.
